As far as I can see, the last post on this site was from Embers last night. I didn't feel we could let a whole day go buy without adding at least one to the account. Best wishes everyone.

How difficult is it.

In many respects I view the forum in the same way that I view the local Pub.

USE IT OR LOSE IT.

Now the beer may be piss at times but its a gathering place where you meet a few like minded folk.

I think to respect the owners through the years, to not take them for granted I try and find time to use it.

It's close season, it's hardly a shock the place is quiet.

I wasn't suggesting that it was a shock Cally - Just wishing for a little more activity to keep me happy.

Would the cost of the forum remain much the same through the summer months as it does through the playing season?

Its this respect the users have to have for the owners who provide this facility.

I've sent an activity parcel over to you LB.... I always turn to it when I'm feeling a bit bored and need a little something to liven up my days.... It involves a lawnmower, a shovel, paint, brushes, hammer, screws, ironing board (with iron), cookbook, sewing kit, duster, bog brush, shopping bag, mop.......and rubber gloves of course

ironing board, iron? I am unfamiliar with these terms or devices, do they take the old pound coin?

Hello Nutty. Good to hear from you - it's been a while. Well I've sorted all those things into order and put them in the shed but it didn't take long (where have I heard that before). The rubber gloves are nice though.

I knew what they were, I saw Mrs LB with some and asked her to explain once.

 That quip was too good not to be given recognition.

I used to PRESS not Iron, but I don't do it nowadays, combats don't require ironing and I'm too fat to fit any of my Hugo Boss and Armani suits these past years. Who give a fook anyway, like the Fonz, you've either got it or, you ain't. :P
