If team culture is weak losing divides the team. If team culture is strong, losing creates the hunger to win again. Either way culture rules.

Looks like Wolves are getting their act together. Last season you predicted us to finish bottom.

No idea, but I would expect any of these clubs to be in the shake up for the final 6 places.

Boro, Villa, Wolves, Wednesday, Leeds, Hull, Sunderland, Norwich, Derby and Cardiff.

On BBC site I went with:
Wolves
Boro
Derby
Leeds
Sheffield Wednesday
Reading

Great to see EVERYONE at least thinking we'll be in play-offs! Keep the optimism and positivity going, boys & girls! You KNOW it makes sense!

This one could set up a Wolves, Villa play off final. That would be fun.

Those of YOU who didn't/wouldn't commit themselves pre season, why not give us your top six forecast now.

There aint no money on it so get off that fence.

As you've often said, kk, 'I never look at the table until after Christmas.' Therefore prediction now would be somewhat premature. 8)

I was talking to a good judge of teams and talent after the game yesterday and he asked me what result I expected at Hull.

I said pretty much the same as against Derby its in Wolves hands, take our chances and we win.

I asked him his forecast and he said 1-1.

To which I said you have to believe in this Wolves team and forecast likewise.

To which he said, No team goes 46 and 0.

He was right of course, so what could prove Wolves demise.

And this is where the questions are asked of the coach.

How does he react when there is a setback, which will inevitably come.

We have the best team, great system of play that asks all the right questions so whats the problem.

There are a few obviously, perhaps the biggest is handling the emotional intelligence and confidence.
He has to keep a lid on that but not to much that would stifle the enthusiasm.

So you look at the coach and each individual player and think which of these people can lose that equilibrium.

They look a well balanced lot, with a well balanced coach, so the only thing we know is time will tell.

It is becoming clearly evident that we have a system of play and a game plan that doesn't really need altering against any side in this Division home or away albeit, it is going to be a hard slog with these Saturday, Tuesday, Saturday games and I'm praying that we don't pick-up too many injuries as I suspect more of our opposition will only get over physical in an attempt to rile us.

Can Price, Batth, Edwards (if still here), Graham, Zyro etc. step up and slot in seamlessly into the Nuno system and still provide enough quality and tactical nouse for us to win games?

If you listen to Nuno he will talk about THE PROCESS.

Now the better coaches think Process far more than result, because they believe one follows the other.
He will keep working on implementing his process.

The key for Wolves is keeping those midfield TWO fit and fresh, Neves and Saiss.

A few strange results again, I really thought Wolves, Boro and Fulham would have been more impressive this past weekend.

Derby seem to be getting it right and could go on a surge.

Any other sides impressing you?

I don't see hardly anything outside of our own games so couldn't really judge, but what little I have seen has underwhelmed me in comparison with the games I watch in the French League. They appear to play Nuno style football and I like it.
