But as you all saw it on MotD and on SKY, I'll be brief.

Another game in which we refused to be cowed by the big boys. Even at 3 down, we played football. (I remember one brilliant bot of skill by Coady to get out of trouble when Kane was on top of him; would have been so easy to hoof for safety, but he played his way out of trouble.)

Terrible defending when 3 guys around Lamella all disappeared after he laud the ball inside, so that when the return pass came he was all alone. SOMEONE would have gone with him, and 'no goal'. And again we showed fragility soon after conceding one, and conceded another. Again, poor marking. This time Doc the culprit after Bennett had to move to middle, leaving the littlest guy on the pitch a free header from 6 yards!

Gibbs-White was lauded in MotD, and as always the problem is that they went OTT. Yes - he looked confident, and made that great through ball for Costa to agonisingly roll wide.... Not sure he will replace M or N as yet.

Great fight shown. Great support from fans, with NO booing at half time (when 0-2), and loads waited at end to give good send-off.

Patricio - 6 - poor kicking at times, and WHAT was he doing with hands for the 3rd goal? Thought he could have done better. Great save in top corner from another Kane effort
Bennett - 6 - some great work, but exposed a few times for pace. Distribution limited, but at least he just tries to keep simple.
Coady - 8 - despite perhaps at fault for 3rd, and despite 3 conceded at home, he played supremely well. Intercepted so many, and used skill to create time. Distribution excellent too.
Boly - 7 - looked strong (apart from 1st goal!). Lie the way he has started moved forward with ball more purposefully, and forcing defending side to leave their marker.
Doc - 7 - so so unlucky. Great assist for disallowed goal, and got forward so often. He appeared as CF several times in last 20, but always managed to get back & defend.
Neves - 7 - great shot turned away. Worked really hard to control middle. Nearly back to best.
Moutinho - 6 - tidy game.
Jonny - 7 - really mixed bag! Some great runs in both directions - golly he can recover at speed! One of the guilty men for 1st.
Costa - 7 - HOPELESS first half, and dynamic second. Oh how we all wished that effort had gone in not rolled by... Would have done him WORLD of good.
Jimenez - 8 - great game. Cracking finish that was disallowed. Great penalty.
Cavaleiro - 6 - looked pretty threatening but final ball not quite there. Is he fully fit yet? Another who needs a goal!

Gibbs-White - 8 - got 25 mins and almost proved a game-changer. Looked confident. not over-awed coming on at 0-3. Added energy and direction to midfield. Always looking for positive ball that hurts opposition. Only a matter of time before he gets a start.
Bonatini - 7 - another assured performance ... until the 18 yard box. Oh how we needed him to have the confidence of early last year and smash that chance that came ... Instead fell over feet. Such a shame. Feel for him!
Traore - last few mins. Vinagre was about to come on, the Nuno changed mind. Trader could have done it ... but again just fell short at key moment.

Gosh - we are going to belt someone. Our football was great to watch again. Let us hope we get the show back on the road at Arsenal next week, or confidence will start to wane.

Mostly agree and we just got caught out by that bit of extra quality in the last third which we don't have. I'm sorry but I can't see how we are going to belt someone soon - we just don't get enough people into the box for crosses anmd we don't have the clinical finishers which are necessary.

MGW was great in his cameo and looked really confident. I wonder if he can do that for a whole game and when the opposition haven't replaced their best midfielders but he has earned the chance to try. M and N are both likely to be suspended soon so I hope he can get his chance and take it then. We do need that extra forward drive with the ball in midfield sometimes which is not what M and N do.

The next level awaits - Champions League or, err, Championship
