If there are any cyclists on here I hope you all ride more safely and courteously than the vast majority of twats who use the London roads as if it was their own personal race track.
I very rarely see any cyclist using a hand signal and when it happens it's invariably a woman who does so given that fellers ride too damned fast to make a hand signal a safe proposition for their manoeuvre.

Many cyclists seem in their own bubble and dont appreciate the dangers that await them on every journey. Especially in the West Midlands with traffic so crowded on each and every road.
Driving up to a cyclist then trying to overtake at times becomes a nightmare unless your baseball cap kid in black car who gives then a brush with the wing mirror.
On the whole they do well to make a 100 journeys without serious incident, reminds me of world war 2 pilots in spitfires.
Brave people, but totally selfish in already overcrowded roads. Car drivers are not very patient dont you know.

Sort of off topic but sick of constant adverts saying 'Think Bike, Think Biker'. If motorcyclists didn't use any stretch of open road as their own personal racetrack there wouldn't be so many fatalities.
When you're doing 70mph and they go shooting past it can't be far off 100mph. Only one outcome if they come off at that speed.

I despair of London cyclists. They give us all a bad name, and seem to be the yardstick by which we are all judged. There is a lot of infighting within cycling at the moment too, where us old "crusties" who've been riding for years seem to be at odds with the new breed of waxed beard hipsters on fixed wheel bikes with no brakes who tear around cities on some adrenaline rush. Don't even get me started on the Deliveroo fraternity.
