I appreciate that this is not a Wolves Forum problem, but I'm not sure who else can help.

For the past week I have been able to bring up the Wolves site but none of the links are working and the image is very dark. This is only happening on the Wolves site and no other sites I use.

Can you shed any light on this or offer any advice.

Many thanks

I think this might be due to the little pop up that usually appears where you have to "click to enter the site".

This should appear the first time you visit the site during a session and darkens the actually website and stops you from clicking the links. Once you click the enter site part, the pop up disappears and the site lightens up and becomes usable.

It just sounds like the pop up isn't appearing for you to be able to "click to enter". Maybe try clearing your browser cache? (If you aren't sure how to do this, just let me know what browser you use or you can find it on google)

You're right there is no "Click to enter" button. Not sure how to clear out browser cache, if you could help it would be most appreciated.

Thanks

Sorry to keep pestering, but I've now found out that the Wolves site works for me using Internet Explorer 9, which is a shame because I normally use and prefer Google Chrome. Guess all I can do is use IE9 for Wolves site and nothing else, all seems a bit odd, but this is the Wolves, what can I expect lol.

Sorry, only just picked up your reply. Instructions for clearing the cache in chrome:

Click the Chrome menu Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
Select Tools.
Select Clear browsing data.
In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove.
Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
Click Clear browsing data.

Hopefully this will sort it for you.

Many thanks yet again, I've done all you suggest, Wolves site the same in Chrome but works in IE9, guess I'll stick with IE9 for Wolves site and use Chrome for everything else, very odd though. The site does seem to work better in IE9 than it did when it worked in Chrome.

Again thanks
