You may have noticed the Picklive banner that has appeared at the top of the page, this is a new partnership we have formed with an exciting company allowing you to play five minute fantasy football during football matches to win real cash prizes. For each Wolves match they will provide us with their own preview:

Picklive Preview: Wolves v Spurs

For those of you thought that fantasy football was something that you entered at the start of the season and then go bored of by Christmas - think again. Picklive is traditional fantasy football on acid, games last just five minutes and you play in real-time during televised matches.

To get started simply visit the-wolf.picklive.com during tonight’s games and sign-up for a free trial. By picking the three players who you think will contribute the most to the action within a five minute period, The-Wolf members could be winning cash prizes throughout both of this afternoon’s games.

Simply join a live game room whilst watching the match, pick the three players who you believe will most influence the game, and watch them accumulate points in real-time for all of their actions on the pitch. The three teams who earn the most points in each game will win a share of the bulging cashpot.

Maybe you are enough of a footballing aficionado to strike out on your own , but if not then here is some friendly insiders advice from Picklive:

Top Wolves Pick:

George ElokobiWolves’ powerhouse centre half has really come of age this season, and played a starring role in the win over United last month, in which he was the top Picklive scorer. If Spurs are to be the latest giant to be slayed at Molyneaux then Elokobi will have to play the role that Kornilenko did for Blackpool, throwing his body on the line at every turn.

Top Spurs Pick:

Wilson Palacios

Wolves success against the big boys this season has come through shackling their most creative players. If they manage to do so again then Wilson Palacios may be a far better option than a Van der Vaart or a Lennon. His combative will suit what I expect to be a game concentrated in the middle of the park, giving him plenty of opportunity to earn points for tackles and interceptions.

One to Avoid:

Peter Crouch

Despite a woeful scoring record in the League season, the bean-pole striker still seems to be Harry Redknapp’s preferred option up top. When you only have five points to make your mark, passengers can not be tolerated. And unfortunately the England striker is all too often one of these, and one occasion accumulated as little as 19 points over 90 minutes.
