Coventry Evening Telegraph think we have a deal in place for him to sign at the end of the season.

Frimpong has been released by Barnsley.

Wouldn't be my choice, but I know many considered him a viable option.

Maybe not anymore, looks huge now, but then Jackett has done well in turning young players fortunes around when things haven't perhaps been heading the right way.

Kenny emphasises lack of injuries. There's no way we'll go for him. I hope he does well though, wherever he ends up.

Yep, he always talks positively about Wolves, best of luck to him.

My Arsenal pal (singular, the one poor guy died last week) still talk about demons off the pitch being the cause of his slip from grace. Never his lack of talent, more a lack of restraint.

Wish him all the best and hope for a better future.

rather have a punt on Ryan Tunnicliffe myself, he is potentially a class premiership midfielder but his attitude is stopping him at the moment.

Told by The current Fulham manager he is not needed.

Bill Howell of BrumMail has put a little slideshow up with his thoughts: http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/revealed-players-wolves-should-keep-7087263 he's confident we'll keep Stears.

Bamford, Lescott and Whittingham would do nicely. Can't see Bamford ever playing for Chelsea so why not permanently.

on a similar level of dream chasing....

I see Sagna is a free man at the end of the season.

Good article, agree with much of what he's written but Cassidy? "Impressed without scoring last season at Wolves in a lengthy spell in the side".

Didn't impress me, and many others, at all.

And he didn't impress at Tranmere - one goal in 19 starts and only twelve shots on target. Poor success rate by any standards.

Sheffield Wednesday are in for Relegation Roj and we're after Toon's midfielder Conor Newton who was loaned to St Mirren and has now been released.

Apparently he has got a lot better in the last few months. He is described as a street footballer. Van Basten also rates him highly but is worried his talent will go to waste.

I don't like the sound of "street footballer" to be honest. It conjures up notions of lack of self-discipline. lack of self-control, trick pony and flash-in-the-pan pay-day journeyman.

Anyhow, he'll only cost his signing on fee so what's to lose?
