Its one of those fixtures where you haven't a clue what to expect

Both teams have capable players, both teams have systems that require a reboot.

Forecast for this one.

1-1.

With a new signing on the score sheet.

Another game, another chance to give away the first goal. Wolves haven't lead a game at OT for 40 years!

I expect United to try and put on a show as their home return after the Burnley disaster. In the two games since they have saved face quite effectively, so won't be as depressed as I had hoped last week.

It's always a bit of a lottery how we respond to a break from playing. I think our new guy will be on the bench at most, I'm hoping their new guy doesn't feature prominently.

Wonder if Nuno will start Boly..?? Probably too soon but you never know. Sure really that he will start the team that played so well against Liverpool, with Jota, Boly and Podence on the bench. Nothing to fear nowadays going to places like this, play our game, stick at it and don't concede first as per usual..!!!

2-2 draw for me.

What miseries - as ever!!

I am travelling to OT in the confident expectation of a WIN !!

I ignore history. Media obsessed with it. This is a different day with different players, different coaches, different managers. What relevance is how we did 10, 12 or 25 years ago?

CARPE DIEM boys, CARPE DIEM !!

Better team, not got that final ball yet. Neves very good, Boly more rusty than Jota.

We've done OK, but need that decisive final pass/shot. It all becomes a little uncertain when we get right up to their area.

Mata and Fernandes moving the ball around well so we have to stay fully switched on. The ref is letting a lot go for Utd. They've put in some hefty challenges on our players.

Should have finished that Podence to Doherty move. Had the better chances, thought Jota was our best player, lost his fight after he went off.

Bit of a disappointing 2nd half. Traore gave up on the game after that shoulder injury first half.

Some nice sparring, but we just didn't have the right drop of the shoulder or belief to really hit the KO blow. In the end we were happy to play out the 0-0.

That's three stinking matches between the sides in a month now - please don't draw them in Europe.

A step forward in the clean sheet - Boly back! Dendoncker out! - but don't forget to score goals too...

Poor game overall. We should be beating teams like Man Utd!

Good to see both Jota and Boly back, understandably a bit rusty. Seemed to be playing more down the left rather than trying to get the ball to Traore. Podence looks lively, look forward to seeing more of him even if only in a backup role. Jiminez was MOM for me , amazed we still have him.

Let's face it, they are basically Manchester's third team ( behind City and Oldham). Next year after we get a foil for Jimmy, we will treat them with the disdain they deserve.

Thought Jota was erratic and lost possession far too easily but he does dig in and fight. Traore was brutally treated by the United defenders, Maguire's arm lock for his shoulder injury was horrific, could have broken his arm. Referee booked nobody in the first half then doled them out like confetti in the second half, weak ref. Boly got better by the minute and it is no coincidence that our first clean sheet in eleven games occurred with his presence at the back. Better side most of the game without hurting them at crucial stages of attacking them. But, hats off to United, they drew with a big club...:-)

Neves was a Rolls Royce in midfield i thought, would prefer him further up the field but some of his passing was sublime.
Good to see Big Willy back. Draw was a fair result.

Ruben Neves is certainly developing as a rounded footballer of the highest order.

I do wonder if he requires another club challenge come the summer.

yes. I would say Nuno's decision to play him in a deeper role has helped his development.
