One point from 15 , where's the improvement going to come from?

Will Edwards change anything or will he just follow what Zenga did - Oh wait a minute, that means changing everything.

Perhaps he has a cunning plan, perhaps he knows something about football, maybe his namesake will help him out. All will unfold as we settle down to a teatime treat - or not.

Let's all wish them well and enjoy the match.

Just hoping the players step up to the plate for him. Would love to see a good win today and the swell of the new broom attitude rise through the team.
The decision to let WZ go was right and for once the club has done what everyone else has done before us and they have acted quickly....FINALLY !!

Come on Wolves....going to be an interesting afternoon for sure !

I do agree but there are plenty on other sites moaning that we hadn't got someone lined up to replace him. They can't win.

I've just discovered that it's a 5.30 pm kick off.

Today's game is a good opportunity for 3 points, against a poor Blackburn outfit. We should create some chances against this lot, but we need to start taking them. It will be interesting to see what the stating XI is, and the commitment of our Portugeezers.

Starting XI: Ikeme; Doherty, Batth (c), Hause, CBJ; Coady, Saiss, Edwards; Costa, Bod, Wallace

Bench: Longergan, Silvio, Stearman, Saville, Cavaleiro, Teixeria, Dicko

Much more British-centric lineup and bench today. I think this is going to be a more cohesive lineup. No real complaints for me. Hope Wallace takes hold of this chance in the lineup. He was up and down earlier in the season.

Wallace has a lot to prove today. Show the foreign technical players how to graft and the place can be his. However he lacks consistency for me and drifts out of games

Interesting that Iorfa doesn't even make the bench.

Hope new manager comes in and starts fresh. Nobody guaranteed a starting spot. I'm not as down on Batth as some, but that's now two goals in the last two games that are completely unacceptable to give from a center back.

Starting to feel like this takeover is not the silver lining we were hoping for.

Rob Edwards looks so out of place on the touchline.

I think we've got to see more than a few months to say that. They've shown the ability to get players in when they want. We just got the wrong players and wrong manager. We'll have a better idea come spring IMO.

Batth picks up a yellow and gives away a dangerous free kick...

I hope so. I think seeing what has happened to the likes of Blackburn and Blackpool has frightened me. It's madness to think that people like that can run football clubs.

Having our chancess though. But still can't take them. Forgot what it's like for us to take the lead.

Batth looks unsure of himself. Half time. Just clueless in front of goal.

Costa looking dangerous down the right , so , Edwards switches him to the left and put's the one paced , ineffective Wallace down the right instead. Defence needs a major clear out.
