Dicko won't last under this regime, Bonatini probably isn't up to speed, but Bright is a forward, maybe not the traditional centre forward we are used to, there are no Shearers anymore, but I think he will start and we will see a front 3 of him, Jota and Ronan intertwining

Hmmmmm....

Well, I hope they've practised their finishing

Me too!

Bright scores for fun with the U-23's, scored for us in the league cup and got 3 goals against Lge 1 and 2 sides in the checkatrade last season, so he does have goals in him, but maybe playing for the first team in the championship has proved too much for him to handle so far?

It's too much for him. I'm sure there will be one, if not two strikers coming in to the club, before the transfer window shuts. I can't believe that Nuno is content with our current strike options. Let's see what the Neymar ripple produces.

I think he trusts Bright slightly more than some of the others so could start him.

I expect the Brazilian Bonatini to start but replaced by Dicko on the hour mark.

While Nuno could keep Graham up his sleeve should he need to chase the game during the second half possibly replacing Doherty at wing back.

Jota, Bonatini and Bright as the starting front three.

We know the rest of the team and after last seasons weekly surprise team selections aint that a relief.

Out of amusement I went back four or five pages on Wolves Chat and re-read the initial impressions of Jeff and Fosun.

Exciting times indeed.

The anticipation almost feels like a cup final build up. I can imagine the crash in mood that will happen to some people if we lose!

That awful moment where your 2D television can't tell you if the corner was headed away from the goal or into the corner of the net!

Thankfully it was the former.

Two thoughts.

1) Some great passing.

2) I must be the only supporter not in the stands!

Our new additions sound like they've been the best players on the day so far. Heard Neves, Boly, Miranda and Jota's names a lot. Bonatini was fairly quiet til that goal.

Really enjoyable half, it's actually nice to watch them in possession instead of being constantly anxious about giving the ball away  I still think we're lacking up front, we've scored because of a defensive cock-up, in truth we haven't troubled their keeper. We need to put the game to bed otherwise Boro will walk away with at least a point.

I don't know if that first league goal will ever come for Bright. He does everything right except for that last 10% that's needed to be a good forward option at this level.

One day, we'll have a player that can take corners. One day. It'll be magical.

Sako was fantastic at corners in his first season but we didn't have anyone brave enough to get their head on them. We'd probably have got promoted rather than relegated had we kept Vokes.
