Well we move on.
Tonight we will see how seriously the club are taking this competition. Will Nuno put out a completely different team or continue with most of Saturday's braves? It doesn't seem very attractive on a wet evening in August but it is a route to Wembley and a trophy and I hope we go for it.

Keep the momentum going lads.

I doubt Neves will be involved, his partner gave birth yesterday.

It probably needs to be a different team. If we really need our best XI to win at home to a team that just lost 2-8, something's not quite right from our recruitment.

Batth and Bennett should be able to cope against that calibre of player. We've just signed a new young keeper and supposedly already have a talented one in Jack ruddy, so let's see one of them out there.

Our cup problems have been that we've rarely fielded our best XI against teams from the same league or the PL and just trouped out of the competition without a fuss.

Think we'll see something like this:

--------------Norris;-------------
--Bennett---Batth---Deslendes--
Graham?----------------Vinagre
-------Edwards----Price--------
Bright------Dicko--------Ronan

Only area where I'm having trouble is wing-backs. We don't have alot that can play the position, unless we want attacking options like Zyro and Graham to do alot of tracking back. Edwards certainly has the energy/effort to put in the miles for that role, but does he have the defensive discipline and knowledge for that role? Ronan, maybe? I'm at a loss for those positions.

A few of the u-23 regulars have been left out of todays squad, I think Herc and Collins were 2 of them, they may be involved tonight?

Would love to see Herc involved. Like the look of him. Otherwise, I expect it to be mainly last year's first XI at the core to give the guys some game time. If NES is working them hard in training, no need for the Prime XI to be busting a gut and risking strain and injury on a wet Tuesday night v Yeovil.

Not sure if the rules mean you have to include a certain number of players involved on Saturday? I'd go a completely different 11, we should be too strong for this lot, although I've just gone and jinxed us haven't I?

I'm already feeling sorry for the Yeovil full backs

Good team fancy Bonatini for a goal and Nouha has a chance to make his mark. Our wingbacks are likely to give Yeovil plenty of headaches out wide.

Fair play to the Yeovil fans for making the mid-week journey, especially after Saturday! Maybe they're hoping for another refund? (We'll probably lose 1-0 now  )

Should be strong enough to see Yeovil off comfortably. If we manage to create anything.

disappointing performance from wannabee Wolves players first half

Expect to see Saiss and Jota in the second half.

We haven't even tested their goalkeeper.

The tempo is too slow, and we're lacking that creative spark in midfield.

Now, now, you'll upset the native ''old school''.

Denjerus will now pop up and score - hopefully.

However I say this, will come across as offensive, so I'll say it.

PLEASE resize your fookin imgs before posting them, I'm tired of so many threads going in the next village due to folk not thinking about the size of their uploading photographs.

Now, I've said it and no personal offence intended, it just pisses my old ass off is all.
