Here we go into the weekend with a hundred per cent record against another side full of themselves.

Its a challenge that some of the supposed experts expect the new Wolves to fail.

Will Colin W come to Wolves to frustrate or will his ego come to the fore sending his team out to play.

He has some fine attacking talents so I believe Colin will follow his ego and attack us whenever possible.

Couple of changes for Wolves perhaps with the possible inclusion of Ryan Bennett to combat the muscular and aerial threat of Kenneth Zohore.

Should win easily given the gulf in players is huge, but then maybe that is what Villa thought too. Warnock still knows how to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. Surprised to see Mendez Laing doing so well.

I think Colin W will come and niggle, push and kick us about, try to get us rattled and get some of our players booked for retaliation etc. We have to try and remain calm, play our game, as we did at the two away games and gradually wear them down. I am looking forward to it and also see the contrast in how we play away compared to what we do at home, I was enthralled at Hull, I hope I am again tomorrow. Come on me Babbies..

Another tough game. Are Cardiff going to keep their form going, or are they going to get found out and begin their slow descent into mid table mediocrity? While I think that Cardiff are going to get exposed time and time again by our passes and crosses into the box, I am nervous about this one. I think it will be a match against an opposition determined to beat the snot out of us at every moment. Tough game, but it will certainly be a real scalp this early in the season. While I would take a draw, I hope we get a win or better still really put them in their place.

I hope we can get a premier quality striker in before the window shuts. I also worry about what happens if either Neves or Saiss take an injury. Would be a real loss if one was injured for any long period.

Watching on Wolves TV. COYW.

The first team we've faced that will go direct and really put pressure on our 3 CBs. Will be interesting to see if we can cope. Had a worry about that since Shrewsbury. I have no worries about us on the attacking front though.

Always thought Tomlin was a decent player.

I guess Colin could bring Joe Bennett back in at right back after he turned down a move to Fulham.

The big question mark about the three behind the striker for Cardiff is do they enjoy making those backward recovery runs enough.
Same reason Nuno doesn't trust Jordan Graham in a Wolves shirt.

Because if they dont the likes of Jota will give them a bit of a chasing.

I've read that they have accepted a bid from Brighton for Zahore and Tomlin was apparently charged with GBH yesterday! Might alter their team a bit?

Not sure how this game is going to turn out as I expect Colin to adapt disruption tactics, but if we can keep our calm then, I expect us to give them a footballing lesson and a spanking they won't forget. Bring it on.

Don't like how many times they are getting in the box. Our passing doesn't seem as good this match.

Sounds like Warnock's doing a job on us perfectly.

I thought that was a real half of two halves. Cardiff out muscled us in the first half and the ref seemed happy to let them haul us down every two minutes. It is hard to make good passes against a team like that but I still believe out passing that kind of team is the way to beat them.

Thought in the first half our main problems were our passing and receiving of the ball. Perhaps some bad decisions as well. Heads got a bit hot and it looked like Warnock was really doing a good job at winding us up. Ref was crap and can't believe we had three players hauled down only to have one of ours carded.

Second half of the first half we got much more of the ball and our passing improved out of sight. The number of times Cardiff could get in our box then dropped a great deal and we started to have chances of our own. Good chances.

It's a winnable game. We keep up our good passes and they should be found out. We just need to make sure we stop giving them so many opportunities in the box or sooner or later it could work against us.

COYW.

I fully agree. A top striker. Looking forward to Costa coming back into the side.
What do you think about some supporters calls to get in backup for Neves and Saiss?

We're not clicking yet and only saw short spells of what we can do. Let's hope we get sharper second half, score a goal and then, they'll flow.

Striker has to be our priority. Not much point having Neves et al just cueing up chances for mediocre forwards. A bloke from the Saudi league won't be enough for the whole season.
