Poor performance. Going to get them over a season, need to make sure it's just a one off. Costa needs time to get back to his best, wouldn't write him off just yet.

QPR deserved their win, simple as that. We were too often under the cosh and they were up for it. I can't understand Nuno's subs. The Costa for Cav one was predictable but Costa added nothing today.

Pity about the glaring miss but they happen.

Nuno a coach who will stick to his beliefs even at times where the odds are stacked against him.

You then take the short term loss for the long term victory.

There's been more than one already though?...I agree about Costa (you have however said that previously) but maybe he doesn't like not being the only 'main man' ...just a thought.

I think up to christmas wil be interesting , I don't think we will quite run away with it,but lets hope we can keep the underlying momentum up.

Changes required for Norwich. Norris in for Ruddy. Boly, Hause or Bennett in for Miranda. Vinagre for Douglas. Maybe a start for big Alfred in midfield.

Cavaleiro needs to watch the offsides and should shoot on sight more. Cost us big time Saturday. Bright's decision making not the best. Costa still not confident in his own fitness. But he will come good.

In effect, Costa is having his pre season now in real big games, a very hard ask on all fronts but he will get there for sure in time.

There's something missing isn't there since the demise of the old Central league.

There's no weekly top class games for the 17 to 21 players in development and no place for first team players previously injured to regain match sharpness.

It all got lost in those politically correct age group football matches.
