I think that's the heart of the trouble, hj. They just ignored him and he didn't know how to manage that kind of situation. The players had their own agendas and he didn't know how to begin sorting them out. It was probably the reason why in so many interviews that he said that there'd be changes but could never bring himself around to changing anything. I bet he went home in despair after just about every match.

He just wasn't up to the job.

Don't wish to appear greedy, esp at this time of year - but a 3-0 lead is required before I feel like relaxing around a Wolves team - though not as bad as last year, as we at least look like we could get 3-0 up! - tbh with present defence, a 1-0 feels like 2-0 last year. Coady definitely seems to have got this defence organised thus year.

Derby scored 3 goals inside 5 minutes v Millwall. Expect Millwall to go all-out defence next time out...

They will have to come at us a bit more now so we can catch them on the break hopefully.

Sounds another somewhat underwhelming team display. Cavaleiro rattled in a great strike though in an otherwise dull half.

Hope the defence continues its good form 2nd half.

Done and dusted. Three excellent points.

And Villa go one up against Blades, PEN on less than 3 minutes. I was and still am hoping for a draw or away win.
