I have this problem with iphone/ipad/ipod crap as well.

the only thing I own of all that nonsense is an ipod classic, when I put certain albums on it separates them into albums that don't exist. especially if there is a guest singer or whatever, then it will make an album of 1 track and remove it from the actual album. I find it infuriating as I don't like to listen to random stuff, I like to put a whole album on and listen to it all the way through.

the answer im afraid is suffer! I believe you can get programs that work like iTunes but are more configurable and not connected to apple, but whether that solves your (and my) particular issue I have no idea.

Keep firing off repeated email complaints until they debug it.

I used to love iTunes and my iPods and since they have become all PC, I fookin hate them. Bought the Wife an iPad and it is more trouble than it is worth out here in Bulgaria as you can only access sites they allow and can't download fook all outside of their control domain.

After all these years of iTunes they still cannot fix debug their tags to recognise song/album downloads with Cyrillic titles which comes out as gobbledegook. To do this, I have to download external software and fook around with it. I could understand it if the CD's from which I uploaded were bootleg, but these are licensed CD's albeit on genuine Russian labels.

Well god knows how i did but i now have the split albums in one album. I ended up using the pc and transferring them that way. It seemed to do the trick. Only problem i had was while downloading it kept coming up error and wouldnt download a couple of tracks. Had to delete them and try again which in the end seemed to work. Something so simple can prove so frustrating. Like you whelp i love to listen to certain albums
