I've finished my risk assessments today....

1. Avoid the client who is having strong voices telling her to stab me.
2. Avoid the client where I got caught up in a scrap with baseball bats on Wednesday.
3. Avoid the client who thinks I'm KGB, cos he's taken my car reg number.
4. Avoid the client who's keeping a loaded gun on the back of the sofa
5. Avoid the client who's husband has propositioned me.....

I should sleep tonight anyway.....

Dow say that! I struggle to sleep too, I tend to sleep really lightly and keep waking up throughout the night, leaves me feeling knackered and grumpy all day. I think it's mostly down to hating my job and the stress of that and college, even getting pissed and coming home at stupid O'Clock in the morning doesn't earn me a lie in.

Second that. I struggle to sleep on a weekend, cos I mess up my body clock by staying out til 4am :|

Deffo the job is the problem. I have times when a customer is giving me grief, and my Project Manager is breaking my balls, and I have to finish the work by yesterday. No matter how much red wine or Weston's Vintage I drink before laying my head, I keep waking up in the early hours, having wretched dreams.

Once the work aggro has passed, the following night I sleep like a log.

What about nookie, have you got a bloke?

A good bout of rumpy pumpy normally leaves you feeling all dreamy, and you drift off in to blissful sleep. Burns off some calories too

You're right Embers...works every time....
Just the suggestion of 'rumpy pumpy' makes my head hit the pillow and eyes closed shut..... 8)

I need some sleep....
Can someone suggest anything other than booze, shagging, masturbation, full stomach, empty stomach, medication, milky drink?? They're all great, but they ain't working....

Yes, I have stuff on my mind.....mainly what a fully fledged feckin twat I am.... I've upset someone I don't even feckin know and I'm fuming with myself. Twat.
I'd like to say I'm hormonal, but I'm just a twat....

(Feel free to tell me I'm not a twat... though I know sensitive support will be unlikely)
Infact I know nobody reads this stuff but it helps me...

I struggle with insomnia also, and here is a tip that works for me when I can be arsed to implement it.

Set your alarm an hour earlier tomorrow, it will suck getting up, because you will have probably struggled to get to sleep the night before.. but get up, and get up quick. Keep yourself busy all day, and pick a time to go to bed, say 11pm.

At 10pm, sit down and let yourself think for an hour (no tv). Let all the crap running through your head have a good rinse and tumble.. and then when you are done thinking about it, just say to yourself, thats enough for today, no more I can work out, and then go to bed. To sleep.

Try to keep your bed and your heavy mind separate. Bed time isn't a time for stressing and worry. Do that else where, and keep your bedroom cool, so that when you get into bed it feels like the safest warmest place in earth.

Failing that, more masturbation.

Maybe you should read a racy novel first, then have a wank, as reading always makes you tired in the evening.

Or, perhaps you need to change your choice of sex toy?

What about scented candles?

Some years ago, we used to have one of those gently glowing gadgets, which played the soothing sound of waves lapping at the shore. That got you really chilled.

Blimey, that was probably the closest we'll ever come to mutual masturbation chicks...

I licked my wounded ego, (never easy), and managed some kip...

I thought only dogs could do that?!

Seriously, give the chill-out sounds and lights a go, and just think happy thoughts.

Nothing wrong with Massage Parlours

I had a massage in Harrogate, years ago, and I nearly nodded off. She knew what she was doing!

SEX!!! is the answer Nuttyone, prolonged naked foreplay, plus positional experimentation then a crescendo of emotional exchange, sleep is guaranteed [length of...not sure] but the challenge can be enjoyed many times over...
