I know....but one glass of plonk and I'm just about bladdered....
Any fags are bad, but I do try to limit them....However, on a day like today I could easily smoke, get pissed and have unbridled passionate sex with some poor unfortunate....throw in some nipple clamps and mind altering drugs and it sounds like a good night....

Tis been a bit of a day and I'm fed up

If it's any consolation, you're not alone, work is wank for me right now, and is going to get worse, I fear. I normally unwind by going for a run in the day, as I normally work from home, but lately I'm up early and home late. I'm fooking knackered.

Just be careful having a post coital fag, if you've gone 'al fresco', especially if it's been a dry summer. Actually, you'd have to be in Majorca or some where.

48hours without a fag.. still itching a bit, how long does that last?

Any ideas to pass the urge, without putting in weight? Someone suggested I nibble on Carrots instead, what a tw*t. Never speaking to them again.

Fag? Itch? What's up Doc?

Once, I lost a couple of stone on a diet, because whilst I cut right down on the booze, I was still smoking, so that habit kept me on the straight and narrow, so to speak.

Have you tried them electronic fags? They might wean you off...

You must be able to buy a batch on the net, and have them delivered?

LA i gave up 40yrs ago ... the way i found was to delay the next fag.."ie" IF TYOU HAD ONE BEFORE BREAKY TELL YOUR BRAIN TO WAIT until after breaky then when that time comes, tell your brain, wait till morning tea..etc, carry on for the rest of your life. delaying the, next/firstone normal craving will disappear when you start coughing up the black tar from your lungs, mine started after about 6 months.

I gave up for 4 months, and then flumped all my hard work on a weekend bender at Coachella.. But looking to start again once I get this move out the way.

Probably give the E-cigs another go.

No question Embers, I dropped the fags and was working out 6 times a week, completely changed my lifestyle in one moment.. But just as quickly, it changed back.

I've been there mate, but does your missus smoke too? That wouldn't help.

My problem is, that whilst I packed in smoking, I drink like a fish
