Neither side took enough concessions to the negotiating table so the poor innocent people died including many young children.

Thats a stain on humanity.

I dont know how politicians look at themselves in a mirror or sleep at night.

Political games and strategy = kill the innocent.

+1. Syria is the biggest misery pit I have seen in many years, totally tragic and unnecessary.

The Wolf is the thinking Wolves fan's forum.

Molineux Mix is the gets upset at another anonymous poster I have never met not liking the same players/manager as me so carries out petty sniping aimed at them for several years fan's forum. Too much moaning and vendettas for my liking.

I think what we see with John Kerry in his speech about Israel is the USA saying to Russia look at us, we are prepared to put our own interests on hold to help world order.

How about you?

What he was saying is ...." One in the eye for you Donald, last one I can get in before you take over".

Trump seems to be using his mouth far more than he should which bodes badly for the future.

I wish he would listen and think, reflect, then think some more. He does tend to frighten the civilized world.
I still can't believe in President Trump, it feels like King Ralph.

yep that's how i read it as well - internal politics on the world stage - shows how america views the world i think..
The world order is changing/has changed - and America does not call all the shots any more.

Do you mean that America has to accept other countries have the right to exploit the planet until all natural resources have been consumed.
Even though America spends trillions of dollars on Armies to retain the box seat?

I mean that the Russains have played a political & military blinder in Syria - and the Americans are not going to get the outcome they wanted...for once.

Couple that with the financial power of the Chinese increasing their military strength and therefore their global projection- which has casued the Americans to re-focus their military strength to the pacific bowl...

and the Americans are not getting everything their own way.

As for the planets resources - there is only one guilty party for that ...western consumerism.
We live in a throw away society , we want everything new every year :new phones ;new laptops; new tvs ; cheap clothes - and we dont want to pay for it.

...the outcome is the shit that Is being pumped out of Chinese & Indian industries.....Kyoto agreement my arse.

I cant believe there hasn't been hit assassination squads going in to put a bullet in Assads head.

He must have one hell of a 24 / 7 private guard.

I wonder if the Russians had anticipated this move from Trump, this could escalate quickly.

The Chinese have escalated their buying up of the Worlds gold and that price is set to soar.

He already spunked it all on a Magnum Gold.

Once again I bring you the news before it happens, I don't expect much else to happen, except the Russkies will now step up their efforts to finish off the Syrian civil war.

Russia sabre rattling. But when push comes to shove they are smarter than 1940's Japan, and will not want to prod the bear too hard.

Seymour Hersh confirms there was no chemical attack by the Syrians.

The recent statement from the White House regarding another fictitious chemical attack should be concerning. The Israelis are in a fright over recent Syrian Army successes and are probably pushing Trump to take the US to war against Syria. They can easily do that using Jared Kushner and the daughter as instruments. IAF strikes against Syrian forces in Quneitra Province in the last few days tend to support this. In this case there appears to be significant distance between the WH and DoD. The WH has telegraphed its intentions so clearly that a lack of Russian response to a strike in response to another phony Syrian gas attack would seem unlikely.

And so ends in failure our extensive (money, diplomatic, training etc.) effort to overthrow Bashar al-Assad.

Hersh is a man with more anonymous sources than Knocker has in the Labour Party.

The moment Russian and Iran backed Syria it was over. The US/UK were never going to be willing to put proper troops on the ground after Iraq. Iran's man power coupled with the backing of Russia was never going to lose to US backed Rebels only.

It ain't over for the Israelis and their dutiful agents in the media and parliament. They seem to have taken time out from gunning down Palestinian protestors and running a smear campaign against the leader of the opposition to try and start WWIII. Don't do anything stupid Mr President.

Hungary perhaps?

Civilians die whilst politicians bleat about civilians dying, it is the way of things. I still think Britain should leave well alone and ask the UN and the Arab League to sort it.
