I assume you are referning to this ?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-38990192

Just when I thought he coud fall no lower in my esteem ...just goes to show how wrong I can be.

The bloke -as I am sure you are all aware by now - is ,in my opinion,a self serving self promoting sanctimonious tw@t- he does not have a single redeeming feature.

Funny how he's only started coming out of the woodwork since the Chilcot report bottled it- he should go and do us all a favour and crawl back under his rock.

Maybe he wants another attempt at being asked to be the European President- don't be fooled into thinking he wants anything other than whats good for Tony Blair.

Just goes to show how out of touch he is with ordinary folk. This is one gravy train you won`t be getting on Mr. Blair.

Great book on Blair's time as PM by Tom Bower: "Broken Vows: Tony Blair: The Tragedy of Power".

Well worth reading, cracking stuff.

As an aside apart from Tony Blair are you as the general public aware of the many millions that Tory ministers have trousered through the years.

Do you for as an example know about the current chancellor Philip Hammond how he made ten million, or how he moves his wealth into his wifes accounts to avoid taxation.

How deep have you looked.

Do you understand that the past chancellor Osbourne will be paid 650k for one days work at a Bank.
Or that the Osbourne family business avoid the payment of tax.

But its just a ruse to enable money transfer for favours given over the past decade.

These people dont get paid huge amounts for speaking, its their pay for insider dealing over their period in office.
It just legalises their past corruption while filling their bank accounts.

How aware are you of the UKS political corruption.

Not just Tories, KK, it's ALL politicians, on the make for themselves and bugger the people who voted them in to effect change. The problem with POLITICS...is..........POLITICIANS. Most of them fraudsters and not fit for the job in any way, shape or form. It is a waste of time voting these days..sadly.

I don't have the time or inclination to look into every story or accusation in politics,
where is the evidential support ?
After the expenses scandal I can believe almost anything of politicians(except the Donald of course)

I think you're way off the mark, Dave. I truly do. He's much worse than that.

Yeah, exactly. Just because the Tories are bunch of charlatans as well, it doesn't let Blair off the hook.

For me, 95% of all politicians are charlatans and not fit for purpose. We elect them and they feather their nests....

I suppose he sees the state of the Labour Party, and thinks he's a shoe-in, that and I imgine he's up to cahoots with the EU mob.
