Recently I have helped open up a new charity store unit in walsall, right opposite Digby's Cafe by the market.

We open up for the first time tomorrow from 9-7 I think (I'm not sure as I'm not actually in tomorrow) and we need customers. So if you are looking for quality vintage clothing and you are in Walsall please drop by!!

This is where the store is on the right-hand side of the picture (below)

I'll have a float by and pop in tomorrow if work permits (i.e. slow day)

Good luck with your new venture - keep us posted on how it goes. Hoepfully Walsall Council aren't fleecing ya.

Have you checked out the stall inside Wolveo market which does vintage clobber?

I had a nose there recently, whilst passing by with my young un', and there were a few hidden gems, depending on your taste, and whether you're skinny :(

Funny you mention that. I literally only started this volunteering gig thing Friday when we got the keys to this new unit and within an hour a guy from the council was taking notes etc.

I'll have to check that market out although I'm not exactly the skinniest now lol.

I will keep you updated, as my role in this thing is to help promote it, hence why I post this lol

Apologies the store wasn't open today embarrassingly for me, as I've told everyone that it is and people have even been down to the store today for a little look and its all closed. Not exactly sure why as I weren't in but it should be open tomorrow. I'll have to investigate tomorrow on my way to college.

I bet some of my current 'Fanny Magnet' gear I wear will be on display in your store.

If you are on a short lease, and fear early closure or financial restrictions from the local council. Have several large men speaking some vague East European jargon outside your store.Trade away bredren.
